BOOKINGS:

Bookings may be made online at http://www.mountaintrailmanali.in or , through our reservation centres or at any of our booking partner.

50%payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards, or online bank transfers to mountain trail manali . The available payment options are displayed during the booking process. On ourwebsite A payment processing fee may apply . For walk-in bookings, we also accept cash payments.

Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent a the email address provided in your registered account. You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) at check-in at the Hotel, together with your original valid photo identification document (NRIC, passport, driver's license or other identification card or document as the Hotel may require).

Booking made by credit card the card holder will require presentation of the said card during check-in.

The 'Guest' named in the Booking Confirmation must be the person staying at the Hotel .otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

At all times during the booking process, you will be advised to ensure accuracy of your booking details (stay dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s), Add-Ons).

Mountain trail manali will not be responsible or liable for errors in bookings.

All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation is given to the guest to substantiate the reservations by email or fax. The hotel may, from time to time, communicate with the guests, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings.

ROOM RATES:

Room rates may or may not include service tax, service charge, VAT, GST and/or other charges or tax subject to the requirements of the country where the Hotel is located.

These will be charged at the prevailing rates and are payable in the currency of the Hotel's country of location.

Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY:

Check in - 1200 Hours

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check out - 1130 Hours

Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

As per Recent Government Notification, guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel

CANCELLATION POLICY:

15 Day (s) before Arrival, cancellation fee is 50% of one night.

07 Day (s) before Arrival, cancellation fee is 100 % of one night.

Within 03 Day (s) to arrival, cancellation fee is 100 % of full booking amount.

Booking done through credit/debit cards are non refundable online , so guest are requested to communicate with mountain trail manali and provide the online account no. for any refund.

Booking done through some of the booking portal will be subject to their cancellation policies

The hotel reserves the right to impose or not a cancellation fee of per room per night in the event of a late cancellation notice or a no-show may vary during low or high season.

NOTE: THE ABOVE RATES AND INCLUSION ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND MAY VARY DURING LOW AND HIGH SEASONS

REFUND POLICY:

When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. The processing will take between 2-4 weeks until the whole amount shows back on account statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees. For more details see cancellation policy above.

In case a reservation that you make is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and release the whole amount that was held on it immediately. Now after we do this, it will still take a maximum of 2-4 weeks for the bank to process this and for the money to show back on your credit card

Booking done through some of the booking portal will be subject to their cancellation policies

Important:

Please note that in case you are travelling by taxi or personal car, we shall not be responsible for your driver’s stay. However we provide them complimentary meals/ bathroom for fresh n up and blanket to sleep in their cars only.

In case you are ready to take responsibility of the driver we provide accommodation in driver’s room with other driver as he should not drink and make any misbehave in the room during his stay.
